Senior AI Product & Automation Consultant

H2B Group is a consulting company assisting clients with automating business processes using AI and supporting IT specialists in career development via B2B projects. The company operates in industries such as fintech, medtech, edutech, and industrial automation, focusing on delivering quick and measurable effects through close collaboration.

• Proven product experience as Product Manager or AI Consultant delivering business outcome-oriented products.
• Practical experience building GenAI and LLM-based solutions, prompt engineering, and agent architectures (Claude, Claude Code, Claude Agent SDK).
• Strong technical understanding of software architecture, API integrations, and automation logic.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and effectively communicate with market stakeholders.
• English language proficiency minimum B2/C1.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP), designing RAG systems, and multi-agent architectures.
• Experience working with SQL and modern data platforms.
• Background in consulting, mobility, marketplace, or e-commerce industries.

• Collaborate with business leaders to map processes and identify high-impact AI use cases.
• Design, implement, and optimize multi-agent systems and process automations.
• Prototype solutions using modern frameworks such as Claude Agent SDK and MCP, integrating them with company systems.
• Design agent architectures, prompts, data flows, and define success metrics (KPI/metrics).
• Continuously monitor and evaluate AI agents to ensure reliability and business value.
