Senior Expert Project Manager

GS Services is recruiting for a Senior Expert Project Manager to lead ERP implementation projects, specifically related to Microsoft Dynamics 365, and enterprise transformation. The role involves managing full project lifecycles including requirements, design, build, testing, and deployment phases. The work mode is remote with a B2B contract, and the position requires advanced English skills.

• At least 7 years of experience as a Project Manager in ERP or corporate system implementations.
• Proven track record managing full project lifecycles.
• Experience managing financial data migration and business readiness activities.
• Skilled in stakeholder management across finance, legal, sales, and IT.
• Independent, organized, and solution-oriented working style.
• Previous experience with financial modules in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Business Central, AX, Finance & Operations.
• Deep understanding of financial processes including General Ledger (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Project Accounting.
• Experience upgrading or migrating legacy environments.
• Knowledge of deploying global ERP systems based on templates.
• Experience working with Atlassian Jira and Confluence.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ERP implementation.
• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.

• Manage ERP or business application implementation projects ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Lead the entire project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across finance, sales, services, HR, and IT to ensure project success.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies and proactively resolve escalations.
• Address issues while maintaining a strategic perspective.
• Oversee data migration activities including responsibility assignment and data validation.
• Provide transparent reporting on progress, risks, and decisions to program management.
• Build strong, trust-based relationships with sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery using best practices and lessons learned.
