Software QA Engineer

WearLinq is a healthcare startup emerging from Stanford University. The company offers an integrated ecosystem of hardware, software, and services to connect patients with healthcare providers. Their first product is an FDA-cleared 6-channel EKG wearable device paired with a patient mobile app for arrhythmia diagnosis and stroke risk management. The software team works fully remote in Poland while leadership is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and Singapore.

• 2+ years of experience in software QA for mobile and full-stack systems
• Skilled in writing and executing detailed test cases
• Clear documentation of test results, bugs, and regressions
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, databases, and UI flows
• Familiarity with QA tools such as Jira and TestRail
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including Product, Developers, and Support
• Clear communicator with strong attention to detail

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with test automation
• Experience with automation frameworks for mobile, web, and API testing
• Experience testing Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices
• Experience writing QMS documentation for FDA submissions
• Experience in regulated environments such as healthcare or medical devices
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 820 or ISO 13485

• Test mobile hardware-integrated apps and client-facing web portals
• Validate Bluetooth hardware behavior
• Create and manage test plans and cases
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve test coverage and product quality
• Lead manual testing efforts and automate where valuable
• Prepare QA and validation documentation for regulatory submission
