Production Support Engineer

This role involves operational support for critical global payment systems with a focus on enhancing Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) capabilities while ensuring business-critical applications remain stable and available. The position is set within the banking industry and is located in Krakow, Poland, operating in a hybrid work mode.

• Mandatory experience supporting payment systems within a banking environment
