(fluent Ukrainian) Frontend Product Engineer (Vue/Nuxt)

SupportYourApp is an international Intelligent Support-as-a-Service company providing technical and customer support services for over 15 years, with a team of over 1500 specialists. The company supports customers in 60 languages worldwide and collaborates with clients like Mastercard, Calm, and MacPaw. They develop innovative products such as Quidget, a platform for creating AI agents that automate chat and email support for companies.

• 3+ years of experience with Vue.js, deep understanding of Composition API including composables, reactivity, and lifecycle hooks.
• Experience with Nuxt 3 in production and understanding of SSR concepts like hydration, server data fetching, and middleware.
• Confident knowledge of TypeScript.
• English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
• Experience with Pinia, understanding of state design and global stores.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Vuetify, SCSS/BEM, and creating responsive, cross-browser layouts.
• Experience with Socket.IO for real-time functionality, reconnect mechanisms, and connection state management.
• Experience integrating REST APIs, including typing, request structuring, error handling, and authorization mechanisms.
• Understanding of iframe principles, postMessage, cross-origin restrictions, and isolation.
• Experience with Vite, including configuration, plugin usage, and build optimization.
• Experience with Figma design integration and Figma MCP.
• Analytical skills with experience in product analytics (PostHog, Amplitude, or similar), event tracking design, and conversion analysis.
• Practical experience in AI-assisted or AI-agent development (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) and ability to generate production-level code with AI assistance.
• Experience conducting code reviews.
• Understanding of web security basics, including XSS and data sanitization.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of backend and experience with Express.js.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Familiarity with SQL for basic analytics extractions.
• Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI): prompts, tool usage, streaming.

• Develop and maintain the main web application on Vue 3 / Nuxt 3 (SSR), including AI agents builder, live chats, analytics, and billing.
• Develop embedded chat widget on Vue 3 + Vite (iframe) with support for postMessage, real-time interaction, and theming.
• Create and enhance AI functionalities, including configuration of AI agents, prompts, and guardrails.
• Optimize application performance, improving widget bundle size, implementing lazy loading and enhancing Core Web Vitals.
• Support production environment by analyzing errors in Sentry, investigating root causes, and implementing fixes.
• Modernize legacy code alongside new product feature development.
• Develop AI-assisted processes by creating rules, instructions, and skills for AI tools within the codebase.
• Participate in task decomposition, assessment, and technical solution design in close cooperation with Product, Design, and Backend teams.
