• Proven experience building modern websites with strong frontend fundamentals including markup, CSS, JavaScript, APIs, and component-based development
• Familiarity with headless CMS architectures, ideally with experience in PHP and WordPress
• Hands-on experience with third-party API integration
• Security conscious with awareness of best practices across the stack
• Knowledge of accessibility and WCAG requirements
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills

• Plan, develop and maintain features and functionality across websites
• Build and maintain reusable components
• Integrate with platform and third-party APIs
• Develop and improve internal tooling
• Support content team with day-to-day tasks
• Collaborate with product marketing managers, website manager, and commercial teams to implement and support A/B testing
• Work with payments and commercial teams on integrations and features
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to shared coding standards and best practices
