Senior Delivery Manager

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT services, consulting, or digital delivery environments
• Proven experience in at least two of the following areas: client engagement leadership, delivery management, pre-sales, or account management
• Experience managing complex, multi-stream delivery engagements
• Strong understanding of Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial models, and delivery approaches
• Strong client leadership and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior business and IT stakeholders
• Experience with engagement governance and delivery orchestration
• Strong commercial acumen, including scope, margin, and change management
• Excellent communication skills, including structured stakeholder communication and escalation management
• Systems thinking with the ability to connect sales, delivery, and operations
• Working knowledge of solution architecture fundamentals, with the ability to engage credibly with architects and clients on proposed solutions
• Familiarity with software engineering best practices across the SDLC, including code quality, CI/CD, testing, common tooling, and architecture governance
• Basic understanding of security and compliance standards relevant to IT delivery, including data privacy and ISO/ITIL-aligned practices
• Practical experience applying AI in software delivery, either by delivering AI-based solutions or driving AI adoption across the SDLC at both strategic and hands-on levels
• Excellent written and spoken English (B2+)

• Own the engagement lifecycle from opportunity qualification through delivery execution and stabilization
• Build trusted relationships with client sponsors, business owners, and IT leaders
• Lead client communication, including regular governance meetings, expectation management, and escalations
• Drive value realization by ensuring outcomes align with client business objectives and are measured against agreed success criteria
• Partner with Sales and Solution Architects during pre-sales to shape the engagement model, define the delivery approach, and validate solution feasibility from both technical and commercial perspectives
• Lead the transition from deal to delivery, including handover, scope clarification, and governance setup
• Ensure Statements of Work (SOWs), commercial agreements, and delivery plans are aligned and executable
• Align Delivery Managers, Program Managers, and Tech Leads around shared objectives, milestones, and quality standards, while contributing to technical and architectural discussions when needed
• Establish effective delivery governance with measurable KPIs, evidence-based reporting, and clear escalation paths
• Mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and oversee scope evolution while promoting AI adoption across delivery teams to improve SDLC efficiency
• Oversee architecture governance across engagements, ensuring proposed solutions are reviewed, aligned with client requirements and constraints, and meet established quality standards
