• Around 6+ years of SharePoint administration and technical support experience.
• Practical experience with SharePoint Server 2019 administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Experience or strong readiness to support SharePoint Subscription Edition upgrades.
• Strong practical knowledge of SharePoint 2019 to Subscription Edition upgrade.
• Hands-on administration and support experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to handle complex SharePoint-related issues and escalations at 3rd line support level.
• Experience managing platform performance, security, and reliability.
• English language proficiency at B2 level.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Microsoft 365 stack: OneDrive, Teams, Exchange Online.
• Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot or AI capabilities.
• SharePoint development experience with SPFx.
• Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Experience integrating SharePoint with 3rd party systems like ServiceNow, CRM, HR systems, or external APIs.
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (MS-102).
• Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
• Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400).
• Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900).

• Providing 3rd line technical support for complex SharePoint-related issues.
• Supporting and leading SharePoint Server 2019 to Subscription Edition upgrade activities.
• Managing and supporting SharePoint Online within the Microsoft 365 environment.
• Ensuring SharePoint platform stability, performance, security, and reliability.
• Troubleshooting incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing technical solutions.
• Supporting SharePoint development activities, including SPFx-based solutions.
• Working with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.
• Supporting integrations between SharePoint and 3rd party systems such as ServiceNow, CRM, HR systems or external APIs.
• Building and supporting automations using Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.

Work is on-site 5 days per week in Wrocław or Gdańsk locations.
