Responsible for solution architecture, project reviews, and coordinating multiple workstreams
Leading teams through full project lifecycle including governance, requirements analysis, risk assessment, vendor selection, testing, and training
Mentoring team members and creating methodologies and tools to support consulting practices
Collaborating effectively and building relationships with IT departments, external suppliers, and stakeholders
Communicating effectively by bridging technical teams' perspectives with management expectations
