QA Automation Engineer

The position is for a QA Automation Engineer to join a client team in the banking sector. The work mode is remote with required presence in an office located in Łódź twice a month.

• IT education
• Minimum 4 years of experience in testing and test automation
• Knowledge of programming languages/technologies: JAVA or C#, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Familiarity with tools: Selenium, Protractor, Jenkins, TeamCity, SoapUI, IDE environments, JMeter, GIT, Bitbucket
• Knowledge of user requirement analysis methodologies
• Knowledge of system design methodologies
• Understanding of manual software testing processes
• Good organization and teamwork skills

• Analyze business and technical requirements
• Create test scenarios for typical paths
• Design test cases for automation
• Create automated tests using available tools
• Automate regression tests
• Verify data flow between systems
• Simulate events
• Manage test data
• Early error detection
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks
• Refactor tests and improve stability
• Integrate tests with CI/CD systems
• Monitor test quality
• Report test results and defects
• Analyze causes of defects
