Senior Project Manager

Ework Group is seeking a Project Manager experienced in IT projects with knowledge in Cloud and Cybersecurity, particularly Microsoft Azure, to lead transformational and integration projects independently.

• PMI certification (CAPM required, PMP preferred).
• Practical experience managing IT projects using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Documented experience as the sole Project Manager leading IT projects.
• Experience executing transformational and integration projects in IT environments.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Cloud and Cybersecurity technologies and solutions, including:
  • Firewalls
  • Proxy solutions
  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Database Activity Monitoring (DAM)
  • Endpoint Protection
  • Security Monitoring
  • Vulnerability Management
  • Security Baselines
  • Identity & Access Management (IAM)
  • Network security
  • Microsoft Azure cloud architecture

• Independently initiate, plan, and execute transformational and integration projects in Microsoft Azure and Cybersecurity domains.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder management.
• Select and apply appropriate project management methodology (Waterfall or Agile) based on project characteristics.
• Ensure adherence to project management principles within Waterfall methodology, including stage control, documentation, change control, and governance.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support iterative delivery where applicable.
• Coordinate collaboration among IT, Cloud, Cybersecurity teams, and business representatives.
• Ensure project compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare project reports, manage risks, and aid stakeholders in project decision-making.
