Młodszy Specjalista ds. Wsparcia IT (K/M)

Pekabex is a company with 5 factories in Poland and 1 in Germany, operating in construction including projects in several European countries such as Scandinavia, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Slovakia, and the Czech Republic. It employs nearly 2000 engineers and specialists. • IT education or currently studying IT-related fields
• Good knowledge of computer hardware and basic configuration
• Ability to work independently and organize tasks
• Accuracy in task execution including maintaining technical documentation and updating the knowledge base
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to learn and improve qualifications
• Knowledge of configuration of MS Outlook, Teams, MS Word, and MS Excel
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) and MS Windows systems
• English language proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation
• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems
• Basic knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, and LAN networks
• Stress resistance and responsibility for assigned tasks
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:00

Nice to have:

• Experience in Service Desk / Help Desk
• Knowledge of ERP Gardens system
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices
• German language skills
• Driving license category B

• Providing IT support to end users
• Handling support requests via the help portal
• Receiving, registering, and resolving technical problems
• Contacting users and external service providers by phone and email
• Updating and developing the Knowledge Base for system users
