• Expertise in BI and reporting tools including Looker, Qlik Sense, and Data Studio
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud
• Experience creating conceptual, logical, and physical data models
• Knowledge of ETL processes, API integration, and governance tools
• Excellent analytical problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a global team environment
• Experience in delivering complex data engineering solutions that comply with architecture and security standards

• Develop data technology solutions using tools like Google BigQuery, Qlik Sense, Looker Studio, Collibra, and Alteryx as well as programming languages Python, T-SQL, and C#
• Build secure, automated data analytics pipelines and maintain scalable architecture compliant with HSBC policies
• Create and manage data assets, dashboards, and reporting capabilities for analytics
• Translate business requirements into technical data solutions
• Optimize data ingestion, feature engineering, and query performance
• Ensure secure transfer and storage of data in line with regulatory and audit controls
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as roadmaps, process descriptions, and technical designs
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and complex reporting within cloud and SQL environments
• Support continuous process improvement and workflow automation
• Lead delivery of complex data engineering solutions adhering to architecture and security standards
• Provide technical guidance to peers and share knowledge actively
• Collaborate with data architects, analytical engineers, model developers, and governance managers to improve the data ecosystem
