Project Manager – RGM (Revenue Growth Management)

This recruitment is for a Project Manager position supporting a global client in the FMCG sector. The project involves implementing a TPM (Trade Promotion Management) solution across South America as part of an international transformation program.

• Experience leading TPM projects
• Experience managing complex, multi-team implementations in a global environment
• Strong advantage: experience in TPM area or collaboration with sales/pricing functions

• Manage TPM project delivery end-to-end
• Collaborate with the System Integrator partner and oversee deliverables
• Coordinate multiple project streams (SAP, TPM, business, integrations, reporting)
• Align with client business stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels
• Manage risks, dependencies, and project schedule
• Collaborate with international IT stakeholders
• Oversee project phases ensuring completion aligns with plans
• Define and maintain project governance, steering committees, and status reporting
• Manage project budget, resourcing, and vendor/SI commercials
• Establish and track KPIs/success criteria and ensure benefits realization
• Manage scope and change control with impact assessment and sign-off
• Coordinate UAT and data migration across streams and markets
• Drive issue escalation and maintain RAID logs
• Ensure knowledge transfer and handover post go-live
