Devire IT Outsourcing cooperates with IT professionals on a B2B basis to implement projects for clients involved in innovative and modern initiatives. The role supports a global leader in the FMCG industry, focusing on privileged access management.

• 7+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
• Strong expertise in BeyondTrust PAM, Active Directory Tier-0, Entra ID.
• Knowledge of Just-in-Time (JIT) and Just Enough Administration (JEA) models.
• Experience with privileged account governance and identity security.

PAM Implementation:

• Lead onboarding of privileged accounts and systems.
• Implement password vaulting and credential rotation.
• Deploy Just-in-Time (JIT) administration models.
• Configure session recording and approval workflows.

Tier-0 Security Enablement:

• Support PAM integration with Tier-0 assets.
• Secure Domain Admin and highly privileged identities.
• Collaborate with AD, Entra ID, and Infrastructure teams.
• Assist in implementation of PAW and Zero Trust initiatives.

Technical Leadership:

• Define PAM architecture standards.
• Troubleshoot PAM integration issues.
• Validate onboarding of new systems and privileged users.
• Support disaster recovery and break-glass processes.

Governance and Compliance:

• Support privileged access reviews.
• Produce audit evidence and compliance reporting.
• Ensure policy consistency across all environments.
