Manual AI-Assisted QA Engineer

Colibrix One develops cutting-edge IT solutions for Payment Service Providers (PSPs), Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and neobanking platforms across the European Union and the UK. The company focuses on creating secure, scalable, and high-performance payment technologies that enable financial innovation and support businesses in the digital economy.

• 3+ years of QA experience with fintech focus on payments, banking, e-money, crypto, or iGaming
• Strong understanding of API testing, client-server architecture, integration testing, and regression testing
• Hands-on experience with Postman, Swagger, Jira, Confluence, and Test Management Systems (QASE, TestRail, Zephyr)
• Practical experience using AI tools in daily QA work for test design, exploratory testing, bug investigation, documentation, and data generation
• Ability to write clear bug reports and structured test documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience with SEPA, IBAN, and card processing (Visa/Mastercard schemes)
• Familiarity with crypto-to-fiat flows
• Knowledge of PCI DSS

• Manual testing including feature acceptance, smoke, regression, and integration testing
• Testing API flows and validating service integrations
• Creating, maintaining, and optimizing test cases and regression suites in TMS (QASE / TestRail / Zephyr)
• Leveraging AI tools to improve QA processes such as scenario generation, requirements analysis, exploratory testing, bug reporting, log analysis, impact analysis, and documentation
• Performing release verification for payments, wallets, cards, and crypto flows
• Supporting automation QA engineers by validating automated regression results and triaging failures
• Participating in audit-related QA activities as needed
• Managing urgent business delivery tasks in fast-changing environments
