Manager projektów (K/M/X)

E.ON Polska Operations Sp. z o.o is responsible for sales and customer service relations for the E.ON Group, serving nearly one million clients with high-level services.

• Higher education
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management; experience in debt collection initiatives is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience managing a team, at least a project team
• Experience managing business projects and coordinating initiatives involving multiple organizational areas
• Ability to manage people effectively, set goals, motivate, and support employee development
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level
• Ability to cooperate with internal and external suppliers, including IT partners
• Process optimization skills and identification of business improvements are additional advantages

• Initiate and supervise business projects through analysis of market trends, legislative changes, E.ON Group experience, and competition
• Ensure appropriate resources, budget, and project scope and oversee their execution according to assumptions
• Plan, launch, and coordinate strategic projects spanning multiple organizational units or E.ON Group companies in Poland
• Represent E.ON Polska Operations in projects conducted with other E.ON Group companies in Poland and act as Product Owner for selected initiatives
• Manage a team of leaders, coordinators, and Key Users, including setting priorities, goals, and effective allocation of resources among projects
