• Familiarity with administering and maintaining cloud services.

• Collaborate with engineers to maintain and support customer infrastructure.
• Perform day-to-day operational and maintenance activities (RUN).
• Communicate with customers through a ticketing system.
• Manage task priorities and coordinate assigned activities.
• Monitor customer infrastructure using dedicated monitoring tools.
• Work in both cloud environments and text-based systems (CLI).
• Cooperate closely with other team members to efficiently resolve issues and deliver tasks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing processes and operational efficiency.
