• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, category management, or related purchasing function.
• Hands-on experience managing indirect spend categories and delivering sourcing initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Demonstrated success in supplier negotiations, contract discussions, and cost reduction or value creation programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, sourcing, and negotiation skills with ability to evaluate data and support business decision-making.
• Effective stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to collaborate across functions and influence decision-making.
• Proficiency in procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Develop and implement category sourcing strategies for assigned indirect spend categories aligned with business priorities and procurement objectives.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives including RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluation, selection, and commercial negotiations.
• Analyze spend and market data to identify cost reduction, value creation, and supplier consolidation opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and performance, driving continuous improvement, innovation, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Support contract lifecycle management including contract negotiations, renewals, compliance tracking, and commercial risk management.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, provide procurement guidance, and promote best purchasing practices.
• Deliver measurable savings and process improvements including demand management, standardization, and tail spend optimization initiatives.
