Test Manager with German

• Proven commercial experience as a Test Manager.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices.
• Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent German (minimum B2) – mandatory.
• Professional level of English for working in an international environment.

• Own and manage the testing process and quality assurance activities for a designated product or project.
• Define and maintain test strategies, test concepts, and test plans.
• Coordinate testing activities and allocate testing tasks across the team.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate testing-related risks.
• Monitor testing progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and business representatives to resolve defects and clarify business requirements.
• Ensure testing activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvements in testing processes and best practices.
