Account Architect

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture or solution architecture
• Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, including Windows, Linux, VMware, and networking
• Experience with automation platforms such as Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
• Good understanding of ServiceNow and ITSM processes, including infrastructure lifecycle management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Consulting mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Knowledge of vulnerability management and security operations
• Experience in banking or financial services environments is a plus
• Familiarity with Terraform, APIs, and workflow automation technologies is an advantage
• Fluency in English

• Define target-state architectures and infrastructure transformation roadmaps
• Act as a trusted advisor for client and leadership teams
• Drive infrastructure modernization and operational transformation initiatives
• Identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and service optimization
• Support adoption of automation solutions based on Ansible Automation Platform (AAP)
• Facilitate architecture workshops and technical discussions
• Create solution designs, architecture documentation, and executive-level presentations
• Work closely with infrastructure, security, operations, and application teams to deliver strategic initiatives
