Data Engineer (Databricks)

The company has over 120 experts organized into 4 Business Units, covering roles such as Data Engineers, BI Consultants, AI Engineers, Solution Architects, Power Platform Consultants, and Project Managers, managing projects end-to-end from presales to delivery.

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering with expertise in advanced solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure tools including Azure Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, and Azure Databricks.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale data engineering projects.
• Advanced data modeling and optimization skills.
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities.
• Ownership and proactive, client-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English and Polish with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
• Knowledge of BI, data modeling, and AI concepts.

• Leading the design and delivery of advanced data solutions, including architecture and implementation.
• Creating scalable, secure data platforms integrated into enterprise IT architecture.
• Mentoring and guiding junior and mid-level data engineers, conducting reviews and sharing best practices.
• Implementing advanced ETL pipelines and overseeing the integration of data sources.
• Working closely with stakeholders to define long-term data strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Staying updated on emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative solutions to improve data processes.
