Wymagania
- Higher education, preferably in ESG, environmental protection, sustainable development, finance, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ESG, non-financial reporting, or environmental protection
- Knowledge of CSRD requirements, ESRS standards, and the GHG Protocol methodology
- Expertise in calculating Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions and understanding of PCF/LCA concepts
- Skills in data analysis, project management, and coordination of cross-departmental cooperation
- Independence, communicativeness, and ability to work in an international environment
- Very good command of English language
Obowiązki
- Creating and implementing ESG strategies and coordinating sustainable development activities
- Monitoring legal requirements and ESG standards to ensure organizational compliance
- Preparing ESG reports, analyzing data, and overseeing reporting processes
- Collaborating with company departments to achieve environmental, social, and governance objectives
- Identifying ESG-related risks and opportunities and recommending improvement actions
- Leading ESG projects and supporting responsible business initiatives
- Building ESG awareness within the organization and supporting related communication
