Sales Operation Analyst (Auto, with German)

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance, economy or a comparable qualification
• Fluent in German and good command of English
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Power BI
• Reliable, self-disciplined, organized with advanced analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Ability to work independently with high quality standards

• Support for business development cost control
• Control and maintenance of the CRM system
• Maintain the sales funnel, organize sales funnel meetings, and prepare sales forecasts
• Collaborate with Bid Teams in planning and analyzing budget deviations
• Screen contractual documents
• Optimize tools supporting reporting and planning
• Prepare presentations for Management Staff
• Perform operational work with Capgemini systems
