Scrum Master

KMD Poland is an international company working on the NTSE project, a solution supporting Tax authorities in the Danish municipal software landscape. The development team is multinational, with the majority of development done from Poland.

• Several years’ experience in a similar position in international setups
• Communicative in English, both spoken and written
• Ability to work well in a distributed, multinational team

• Documented commercial experience in Scandinavian setups
• Experience in knowledge sharing to help elevate other team members’ skills
• Positive and enjoyable teamwork attitude

• Coaching the development team in efficient use of Scrum
• Supporting the team and removing obstacles
• Facilitating the team’s Scrum rituals and habits
• Coaching the team in efficient planning, reporting and continuous improvement
