• Proven experience in executive-level support within a dynamic, international corporate environment.
• Advanced English (C1 level) language skills.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective relationships across all organizational levels.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with experience managing multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

• Experience in project coordination and administrative process management.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel such as Pivot tables and Macros.

• Handling day-to-day operations of the Deal Desk.
• Maintaining accurate records of Partner engagements and funding allocations.
• Serving as the point of contact for Partners regarding funding enquiries.
• Tracking of Funding progress and updates.
• Managing operational issues and escalations.
• Generating reports on incentive usage and Partner engagement.
• Automating and improving processes to enhance reporting efficiency.
• Updating SOP documentation.
• Identifying trends and providing insights for optimizing the funding operations.
