Business Analyst - Legal Operations (f/m/x)

The role is within the Legal Operations team at Sii Polska, driving digital transformation of legal processes with a focus on secure, compliant, and efficient legal technology solutions.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis or Consultancy in Legal Operations
• Deep understanding of Legal & Compliance domain including Matter Management, document management, legal spend, contract management
• Proficiency in requirements elicitation and documentation
• Experience working with SaaS solutions and vendors
• Strong understanding of data flow and system integration
• Proactive mentality to handle complex workflows
• Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills
• Ability to facilitate workshops and align diverse stakeholders
• Fluent English and Polish
• Residency in Poland

Nice to have:

• Experience in Life Sciences or Pharma

• Managing end-to-end analysis workstreams independently to align with business strategy and technical implementation
• Translating complex legal business requirements into clear functional and non-functional requirements
• Defining product roadmaps
• Partnering closely with legal stakeholders and IT teams to map and optimize legal processes
• Ensuring seamless integration with corporate IT landscape
• Collaborating with Solution Architects and Product Managers to evaluate SaaS solutions ensuring enterprise standards and security
• Acting as trusted advisor to senior business leads and legal stakeholders
• Facilitating workshops and driving consensus across organizational boundaries
• Overseeing end-to-end lifecycle of legal technology solutions with requirements traceability and proactive change management

Fluent English and Polish language skills and residency in Poland are required.
