Senior IAM Engineer | Okta Workflows | JIT Provisioning

ALGOTEQUE Innovation Hub is hiring for a skilled IAM Engineer role focusing on Okta implementations. The position involves working on enterprise identity and access management, supporting approximately 250 internal SaaS applications with Okta.

• Strong commercial experience with Okta
• Experience designing and implementing Okta Workflows
• Experience with Just-In-Time (JIT) Provisioning
• Solid Identity & Access Management (IAM) background
• Experience integrating SaaS applications with Identity Providers
• Good understanding of SSO, SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM
• Experience automating identity lifecycle management
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Excellent English communication skills

Nice to have:

• Okta Certified Professional, Administrator or Developer
• Experience with Okta Identity Engine (OIE)
• Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD / Entra ID
• Experience with PowerShell, Python or API integrations
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Zero Trust security principles

• Design and implement Okta Workflows
• Build and optimize Just-In-Time (JIT) provisioning processes
• Integrate approximately 250 SaaS applications with Okta
• Develop scalable identity lifecycle automation
• Configure authentication and authorization workflows
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams
• Improve provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance processes
• Support Identity & Access Management best practices
• Troubleshoot complex identity integration issues
• Document technical solutions and implementation approach
