Full-Stack Engineer

We are a corporate startup and wholly owned subsidiary of Clariant. The Navigance solution is a cloud-based service providing insights into chemical production process data. Our products support plant personnel in making the production process as efficient as possible and maximize plant availability. The platform engineering team works 100% remotely, with occasional in-person meetings in Munich since the product team is located in Germany.

• Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS) in a secure manner.

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Docker.

• Develop frontend and backend functionality for a scalable internal Sales 360 application.
• Integrate data from CRM, product platforms, customer master data, usage analytics, and other internal systems.
• Build and maintain user interfaces, dashboards, filters, and workflows supporting sales and account management decisions.
• Ensure data quality, performance, security, access control, and maintainability of the application.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical software solutions.
