• Ensuring that new releases to Nordea's technology platforms and applications are planned and executed efficiently, with the highest quality for customers and operations, and in compliance with Nordea's standards.
• Working with stakeholders such as other release managers, Test managers, Product owners, Execution leads, Scrum Masters, and Operations teams to secure safe and successful delivery.
• Coordinating, planning, and maintaining the release roadmap for one or more applications.
• Planning and coordinating release and deployment of multiple parallel releases.
• Planning release go live and post-go-live activities.
• Planning, coordinating, and tracking change activities throughout the release process.
• Leading release decision meetings to secure stakeholder approval for each release milestone.
• Planning and setting up handover sessions from development teams to operations teams.
• Increasing release quality and efficiency by integrating new techniques, automation capabilities, and DevOps ways of working to release orchestration.
