Support/IT analyst Software Lifecycle

• Great skills in Software Asset Lifecycle Management and understanding of software lifecycle activities.
• Can Do-attitude and self-drive.
• Great social skills within the team and towards stakeholders and application owners.
• Good knowledge about technology (software and hardware).
• Knowledge about architecture, software processes, and governance.
• Experience with tools such as FlexeraOne or similar is a great advantage.
• Knowledge of PowerBI and XL for reporting purposes.
• Professional level English in both oral and written.
• Solid cooperation skills.

Nice to have:

• Competences in Flexera tools such as FlexNetManagerSuite, DataPlatform, or FlexeraOne modules “ITAM” and “ITV”.
• Experience in Software Assets and lifecycle management.

• Maintain and develop Software Lifecycle experience for Service Areas.
• Enable Software Lifecycle data for customers.
• Investigate and support Service Areas in understanding the impact of obsolete software and mitigation strategies.
• Participate in audits related to the Software Lifecycle area.
