SAP FIN Enablement Consultant – EU E-Invoicing

Following a successful SAP S/4HANA pilot and go-live in Poland, the client is a global FMCG company preparing regional rollouts across several European countries.

• Experience implementing e-invoicing or digital tax-reporting solutions
• Good knowledge of SAP FI, billing or invoice-processing processes
• Understanding of SAP Document and Reporting Compliance is preferred
• Experience with structured invoice formats, government platforms or e-invoicing networks
• Ability to analyse country-specific legal requirements and translate them into solution requirements
• Experience working across multiple European countries is strongly preferred
• Very good English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred

• Analyse e-invoicing and digital-reporting requirements for relevant EU countries
• Translate legal and business requirements into SAP functional and integration designs
• Support configuration and implementation of SAP e-invoicing solutions
• Coordinate requirements across Finance, Tax, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Integration teams
• Support integration with government platforms, clearance systems, service providers and customer or supplier networks
• Define invoice data, formats, mappings, validation rules and status-management requirements
• Support design of monitoring, error handling, reconciliation and audit-trail processes
• Coordinate testing with local Finance and Tax representatives
• Support country deployment, cutover and production readiness
• Work with business and Tax stakeholders to address changes in local requirements
