SAP Edge & Integration Lead

Our client is a global FMCG company preparing a multi-country rollout of SAP S/4HANA following a successful pilot and go-live in Poland. The role involves coordinating SAP integration efforts across two regions until 2031.

• Strong experience leading integration delivery within SAP S/4HANA programmes.
• Good knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, SAP CPI, or comparable middleware.
• Understanding of APIs, IDocs, web services, events, files, and other enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience coordinating SAP and non-SAP integrations.
• Strong architectural awareness and stakeholder-management skills.
• Very good English, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.

• Lead and coordinate the overall integration scope for the assigned programme area.
• Maintain the integration inventory and oversee interface delivery.
• Coordinate integration design across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, middleware, local systems, and third-party applications.
• Facilitate interface-design workshops with functional and technical stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with agreed architecture, security, and development standards.
• Manage dependencies between integration developers, functional teams, data teams, and external vendors.
• Review interface specifications, mappings, error-handling concepts, and monitoring requirements.
• Coordinate integration testing, end-to-end testing, and defect resolution.
• Track interface readiness for cutover and go-live.
• Manage integration risks, priorities, issues, and escalations.
• Provide clear status reporting to programme and technical leadership.
