SAP S/4HANA Lead-to-Cash Lead

Following the successful pilot and go-live in Poland, our client, a global FMCG company, is preparing the next phase of its SAP S/4HANA transformation covering two regions comprising several countries.

• Strong SAP SD and end-to-end Lead-to-Cash or Order-to-Cash experience.
• Proven experience leading an SAP S/4HANA functional workstream.
• Good understanding of pricing, sales orders, deliveries, billing, customer master data, and FI integration.
• Experience working with global templates and multi-country deployments.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Very good English proficiency, minimum B2 level; C1 preferred.
• Ability to work independently within a large, international SAP programme.

• Lead the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash workstream, including sales, order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and customer-related processes.
• Facilitate solution-design workshops with business process owners, local teams, and technical stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into scalable SAP S/4HANA solutions.
• Coordinate dependencies between Sales and Distribution, Finance, Logistics, Master Data and Integration teams.
• Own functional design decisions, process documentation, and solution sign-off.
• Coordinate configuration, functional specifications, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
• Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Manage workstream risks, dependencies, and escalations.

Work is fully remote. Start date: 1 October 2026. Overall programme timeline until 2031. Only English language required.
