DevSecOps Engineer (m/f/d)

Our client is a family-owned German company with over 75 years of experience in excellent technology and unique audio experiences. The role is part of building a new R&D Team in Poznan, with significant influence on the technology department and new solutions, focusing on wireless transmission.

• 2+ years of experience in DevOps, Security, or Software Engineering roles with a significant focus on DevSecOps
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science or a related technical field
• Experience managing and configuring development tools and systems such as GitHub and Azure DevOps
• Strong knowledge of secure development principles and integration of security controls in CI/CD workflows
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams
• Strong documentation skills and clear communication of engineering intent
• Proficiency in English for international collaboration
• Experience with AI agents management and maintenance is a plus

• Implements and manages automated deployment processes focusing on system reliability and efficiency
• Develops and maintains CI/CD pipelines independently
• Configures, maintains, and optimizes build systems and toolchains
• Handles local infrastructure and IT configuration and maintenance
• Responsible for release management including versioning and builds
• Defines and enforces security standards, policies, and best practices across environments
• Manages vulnerability tracking, prioritization, and remediation
• Handles identity and access management
• Supports introduction and integration of AI tools for embedded development
• Communicates with development and operations teams for seamless deployments
• Collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to integrate DevOps solutions
• Delivers reliable and efficient infrastructure solutions
• Ensures consistent implementation of DevOps practices across projects
