• Higher education in STEM field
• Several years of experience providing IT analytical services in a large organization, preferably in financial or banking sector
• Very good knowledge of data modeling and preparation of mappings between systems
• Experience with event-driven architecture and technologies based on Apache Kafka
• Knowledge of data exchange formats JSON and Apache Avro
• Experience in system analysis, integration design, and defining functional and non-functional requirements
• Very good knowledge of UML, particularly class and sequence diagrams
• Experience in Agile environments and collaboration with product backlog
• Highly developed analytical and communication skills with ability to cooperate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams
• English language proficiency enabling fluent communication and use of technical documentation

Nice to have:

• Experience in real-time transaction processing projects
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with CDC (Change Data Capture) solutions
• Knowledge of event-driven and event streaming architecture patterns
• Experience in data warehouse, Data Lake, or data integration areas

• Project realized in banking and financial sector for one of the largest financial groups in Poland
• Analyze and document business and system requirements for solutions
• Design data models and define mappings between systems, business domains, and data exchange protocols
• Analyze and design event-driven architecture integrations
• Define data contracts and event specifications using Apache Kafka
• Create and maintain analytical documentation including requirements, data models, UML diagrams, integration specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Participate in analytical workshops and support preparation and refinement of product backlog
• Use data exchange formats JSON and Apache Avro
• Provide services remotely with occasional team meetings in Warsaw every few months
• Cooperation based on B2B model with rates up to 140 PLN/h
