• Experience in leading or co-leading organizational and process transformations in IT environments.
• Practical knowledge of Continuous Delivery, DevOps, or modern Software Delivery Lifecycle.
• Experience in change management and organizational change.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Experience in conducting workshops, meetings, and transformation initiatives.
• Highly developed communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Very good command of English.

Nice to have:

• Certifications in Change Management, Agile, Lean, DevOps, or project management (e.g., Prosci, SAFe, ITIL, PMP).
• Experience implementing Continuous Delivery or DevOps in large organizations.
• Knowledge of release management, governance, and technological organizational transformation.

• Co-create and implement the Continuous Delivery model in the organization.
• Coordinate deployment of Continuous Delivery in pilot teams and plan scaling to other areas.
• Identify organizational, process, and communication barriers related to transformation.
• Lead change management activities and support the organization in adapting new working methods.
• Build engagement and readiness of teams for implemented changes.
• Collaborate with business, technical stakeholders, and management.
• Define and improve processes related to release management, governance, and software delivery.
• Monitor implementation outcomes and recommend improvement actions.
