IT Analyst (KYC)

The position is in the banking industry, specifically within the KYC (Know Your Customer) domain.

• Experience in Requirements Engineering.
• Proficiency in Business Analysis.
• Expertise in Process Modelling.
• Ability to define User Stories and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience with Dependency Management.
• Knowledge of Release & Change Impact Analysis.
• Data Analysis skills.
• Root Cause Analysis experience.
• Familiarity with Agile Delivery Practices.
• Understanding of Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with API and Integration Concepts.
• Data Mapping & Analysis expertise.
• SQL experience (preferred).
• Familiarity with Process Modelling Tools.
• Understanding of Microservices and Enterprise Architecture.
• Domain knowledge in KYC / AML, Customer Due Diligence, Onboarding & Periodic Reviews, Regulatory Change Delivery, and Financial Services / Banking.

Nice to have:

• Understanding of Pega-based solutions (preferred).

• Translate business and regulatory requirements into implementable solutions.
• Drive requirements engineering and support the execution of delivery.
• Ensure that solutions are ready for implementation.
• Act as a liaison between Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Operations, and Programme teams.
