Administrator/Administratorka OpenVMS

• Proficient knowledge of the OpenVMS operating system.
• Very good knowledge of DCL (DEC Command Language).
• Experience managing VMScluster including DLM, Volume Shadowing, Quorum, MSCP.
• Experience with VAX, Alpha (AXP), and Itanium / HPE Integrity architectures.
• Familiarity with administrative commands such as BACKUP, AUTHORIZE, and MONITOR.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of migration processes to x86-64 architecture (emulation tools like Stromasys Charon / AVTware or VSI OpenVMS V9.x native environments).
• Knowledge of package management and networking: PCSI, VMSINSTAL, and DECnet, TCP/IP Services for OpenVMS.
• Experience with databases and data structures such as Oracle Rdb and RMS (Record Management Services).
• Programming knowledge in one of: COBOL, Fortran, Ada, C, BLISS, or VAX MACRO (assembler).
• Knowledge of legacy interfaces: DECforms, FMS, or TDMS.
• Experience in banking, insurance, telecommunications, or public sectors.
• Participation in related communities and conferences (comp.os.vms, OpenVMS Hobbyist, VSI Live!).

• Administration and maintenance of the OpenVMS operating system.
