They focus on AI and Industry 4.0, improving workplace safety with a platform integrating with 95% of digital camera infrastructure and achieving significant improvement metrics for their customers.

• 3+ years professional 3D experience with strong Blender skills including modeling, UVs, texturing, and materials.
• Hands-on OpenUSD experience with composition understanding and debugging abilities.
• Working Python skills to run, configure, and lightly modify pipeline scripts.
• Awareness of computer vision concepts relevant to synthetic data generation for detection models.
• High ownership, discipline, planning skills, and effective communication.
• Proficiency in English and Polish for team collaboration.

Nice to have:

• Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, or Replicator.
• Experience with detection models like YOLO.
• Knowledge of PBR workflows, Substance Painter/Designer, or photogrammetry.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Familiarity with AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) for scripting and debugging.
• Exposure to industrial, logistics, or safety environments.

Asset Creation (Blender):

• Model, texture, and optimize 3D assets such as industrial equipment, vehicles, people, PPE, and environment elements.
• Export to USD with correct scale, pivots, hierarchies, naming, materials, and semantic labels.
• Manage polycount, texture budgets, and LODs suitable for batch rendering.

USD Library Stewardship:

• Edit, repair, and extend OpenUSD assets and scenes, including composition arcs, layering, materials, and semantics.
• Maintain a versioned, documented library with a predictable structure.
• Validate every asset before library inclusion to avoid pipeline failures.

Synthetic Data Generation:

• Operate the SDG process end-to-end, including scene selection, domain randomization, and annotation for YOLO training.
• Monitor generation runs, verify output and label quality, and deliver documented datasets on schedule.
• Collaborate with ML engineers to adjust assets or randomization based on model performance.
