Senior Platform Engineer (DevOps / Platform) (he/she/they)

Lite e-Commerce is part of Żabka Future within the Żabka Group, specializing in mobile applications and e-commerce transformation in Poland. The company develops innovative technological solutions such as the Żabka Jush app for fast delivery, the Delio supermarket service, and Alcostore for selected alcohol delivery.

• Several years of experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or Site Reliability Engineering with project ownership from concept to deployment.
• Good knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or another leading public cloud with willingness to develop GCP skills.
• Proficient with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code solutions.
• Experience designing and developing CI/CD processes; GitLab CI experience is welcome.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes and container-based environments.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki or their equivalents.
• Independent, proactive, and responsible approach to implemented solutions.
• Effective collaboration with developers, Data, and IT teams; fluent in Polish and English.
• Good understanding of computer networks and ability to support network infrastructure development.
• Experience working with AI tools, particularly in agentic approaches, and interest in new technologies and practical applications.

• Create infrastructure templates and standards for frequent developer needs (e.g., new services, Cloud Run projects).
• Develop and maintain the observability stack (Loki, Grafana, Prometheus) and optimize cloud resource usage and costs (GCP).
• Maintain and develop internal self-hosted tools such as NocoDB, n8n, and Outline.
• Provide infrastructure support for Data Engineering and Data Science teams, including Airflow, forecasting pipelines, and ML servers.
• Manage network infrastructure in darkstores (networks, CCTV, receipt printers, handheld devices) in cooperation with IT Manager.
• Build and maintain on-premise infrastructure (servers for ML and high-resource workloads, CI/CD runners for mobile projects).
• Maintain and improve CI/CD processes (GitLab) and developer experience.
• Build infrastructure for AI solutions (autonomous agents, Slack bots, code review agents, remote coding agents).
• Develop SRE practices: alerting, incident reporting and handling processes (PagerDuty, Slack), support during failures and deriving lessons.
• Collaborate with DevOps team on core systems and infrastructure patterns.
