Senior AI Engineer

• Proven experience delivering production-grade AI solutions beyond proofs of concept.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Design and implementation experience with LLM-based systems, agentic workflows, and RAG architectures.
• Practical knowledge of LangChain / LangGraph and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Familiarity with LLM gateways and routing platforms like Portkey.
• Strong Python development skills, ideally with FastAPI or similar frameworks.
• Understanding of Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), Terraform, and cloud-native deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, secrets management, and enterprise DevOps.
• Familiarity with Postgres + pgvector, Redis, and API-driven integrations.
• Experience with UiPath and/or n8n is a strong plus.

Microsoft Copilot & Power Platform:

• Design, build, and integrate AI assistants and copilots using Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio.
• Develop and extend solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI workflows.
• Connect solutions to enterprise data sources under governance and security standards.
• Use GitHub Copilot for AI-assisted development.

Agentic AI & RAG Solutions:

• Design and implement workflows with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines using Postgres + pgvector and Redis caching.
• Improve retrieval quality through chunking, metadata design, and context optimization.

AI Automation & Enterprise Integration:

• Integrate AI with enterprise systems via APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Build AI-enabled workflows using Power Automate; exposure to UiPath and n8n is advantageous.
• Ensure reliability, traceability, and operational standards compliance.

Quality, Evaluation & Observability:

• Implement telemetry and monitoring with Langfuse or similar platforms.
• Develop evaluation frameworks using DeepEval, RAGAS, and optionally MLflow or Phoenix.
• Drive improvements in accuracy, latency, cost efficiency, safety, and adoption.

Production Readiness & Platform Engineering:

• Package and deploy AI services with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS).
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
• Develop reusable AI building blocks including agent templates and integration adapters.
• Contribute to internal frameworks and platform blueprints for scalable AI delivery.
