Rossmann is the largest drugstore chain in Poland. The position is in the Financial Systems Section team, which develops and integrates solutions supporting key financial processes in the organization.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a business/system analyst in business process analysis and modeling.
• Participation in at least one end-to-end application implementation (from requirements gathering to development/maintenance).
• Good knowledge of BPMN and UML notations.
• Ability to define functional and non-functional requirements and formulate acceptance criteria.
• Ability to verify requirements (e.g., requirement testing, support UAT, scenarios).
• Basic knowledge of SQL (simple queries, data validation).
• Basic knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman).
• Experience in application testing (collaboration with QA, integration/UAT tests or standalone).
• Ability to organize work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of analysis methods and basic project management.
• Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and recommendations, and present them to stakeholders.
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team in a dynamic project environment.
• English language skills at B2/C1 enabling smooth communication in an international team.

• Gathering, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements and goals for IT system development.
• Modeling, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using notations like BPMN.
• Preparing analytical documentation including functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Co-creating IT solution concepts with consideration of system integrations and data flow.
• Supporting solution selection by analyzing options and making recommendations.
• Close collaboration with the delivery team (PM/PO, architects, developers, testers) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Managing product backlog, including refinement, planning support, and acceptance.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Agile teams, particularly Scrum.
• Experience in IT project management or leading analytical topics in a leading role.
