• Over 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach, Enterprise Coach, or senior Agile Delivery Specialist with proven organizational change impact.
• Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks and scaling models like Scrum, Kanban, Scrum@Scale, LeSS, SAFe, or custom models.
• Strong coaching and mentorship abilities for individuals, cross-functional teams, and executives.
• Advanced facilitation skills for engaging workshops and multi-team alignments.
• Analytical skills to measure and improve enterprise flow metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Throughput.
• Background in technology or product development with understanding of software delivery lifecycles and product management.
• Proficiency with Agile tooling such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Miro, and Confluence.

• Lead Agile transformation initiatives and align organizational structures with Agile principles.
• Coach leaders and teams on Agile mindsets, practices, and leadership behaviors.
• Identify and remove cross-team risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to optimize flow.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and Business Leads on product strategy and roadmapping.
• Design and facilitate large-scale workshops, strategic retrospectives, and problem-solving sessions.
• Mentor teams in continuous delivery, flow optimization using Kanban and metrics, and backlog management.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement including psychological safety, experimentation, and evidence-based decision-making.
• Build Agile communities of practice to empower change agents and Scrum Masters.
