Senior Network Virtualization Specialist

• Level 4 education or equivalent in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in enterprise networking environments.
• Minimum 5 years in a Network Engineer, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
• Cisco CCNA, VMware Network Virtualization, or equivalent certification.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, IP routing, Ethernet switching, DNS, DHCP, NTP.
• Knowledge of wired and wireless networking technologies including Wi-Fi and 802.1x/EAP.
• Understanding of application-layer authentication and encryption including HTTPS, SSL/TLS, PKI, X.509.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, wireless controllers, and security solutions.
• Experience with VMware NSX-T and VMware ESX networking technologies.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms like Nutanix, Proxmox.
• Understanding of IPsec, IKE, DMVPN network encryption technologies.
• Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama.
• Experience managing Cisco Nexus and Catalyst switching environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot enterprise IP network infrastructures to ensure stability, performance, and availability.
• Manage and maintain structured cabling systems, including network equipment installation and connectivity changes.
• Perform physical and logical network configuration changes and infrastructure upgrades.
• Provide 2nd line support for network and system users, diagnosing and resolving connectivity and network issues.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Cisco-based networking environments including routers, switches, and wireless solutions.
• Support and administer VMware NSX-T environments and VMware ESX networking components.
• Manage and troubleshoot Palo Alto Next-Generation Firewalls and Panorama systems.
• Support secure network communications through encryption and security technologies.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and network-related records.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and recommend network enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of network services and support.
