Senior Power Platform Deployment Manager

Cyclad collaborates with top international IT companies delivering cutting-edge technologies. The role is part of an international, culturally diverse team with English as the primary language, focusing on IT Services projects. The office location is Wrocław, with the work model being 100% remote from Poland.

• Strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Pages/Portals
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Power Platform environments and deployments
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps and YAML-based CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with automated testing, deployment, rollback, and release management
• Understanding of security best practices and vulnerability scanning within CI/CD
• Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), knowledge of Bicep templates
• Familiarity with cloud monitoring and operational support
• Monitoring and troubleshooting using Application Insights / API Insights, Azure Function App logs, Power Platform Flow logs, custom monitoring and analytics
• Working knowledge of: C#, .NET, PowerShell, Bash, YAML, XML, JavaScript
• Very good command of English

• Experience working in regulated enterprise environments
• Knowledge of Power Platform ALM best practices
• Experience supporting multi-environment deployment strategies
• Understanding of governance and compliance requirements for low-code platforms

• Design, develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform solutions and custom integrations
• Automate repetitive deployment and operational processes to improve efficiency
• Manage releases and change requests across multiple environments (Dev, Test, UAT, UAT2, Production)
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and platform teams for smooth development-to-production path
• Support low-code and pro-code deployment models using Azure DevOps YAML pipelines
• Implement and maintain deployment standards, governance, and release management
• Monitor platform health and application performance with monitoring and logging tools
• Analyze logs and telemetry data to identify issues and improve system reliability
• Troubleshoot deployment and production issues to minimize downtime
• Ensure security controls in CI/CD processes including vulnerability scanning and secure deployments
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions
• Drive continuous improvement of deployment frameworks and DevOps processes
