IT Project Manager (K/M)

• Experience as an independent IT Project Manager responsible for end-to-end project delivery.
• Practical experience in IT transformation, system integration, or technology environment modernization projects.
• Ability to manage projects using both Waterfall and Agile approaches.
• Project management certification, preferably PMP; CAPM also welcomed.
• Effective communication with technical teams, business units, and management; capable of managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Understanding of key Cloud and Cybersecurity concepts, including Azure Cloud Architecture, network security (Firewall, Proxy), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Database Activity Monitoring, Endpoint Protection, Security Monitoring, Vulnerability Management, Security Baselines, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Network Security.

Nice to have:

• Experience in the financial sector or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with information security and compliance projects.
• Experience managing international IT projects.

• Initiate, plan, and lead transformation and integration projects related to Azure Cloud and cybersecurity.
• Take full responsibility for project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
• Manage projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies based on initiative requirements.
• Apply structured project management practices: documentation, change control, governance, and reporting.
• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies to support iterative delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, Cloud, Security, and business areas.
• Ensure project compliance with cybersecurity requirements and standards.
• Prepare reports, manage risks, and support stakeholders in decision making.
