LYNXBYTE Games is a Polish game development studio specializing in console porting and co-development services for PC and console games, working with international developers and publishers on platforms like Nintendo Switch, PlayStation, and Xbox. The company has recently scaled rapidly, expanded its client portfolio, and started working on larger productions, including AAA-level projects.

• Proven track record of closing complex, relationship-driven B2B deals in project-based or service businesses
• Experience at senior levels such as business owner, GM, or commercial director with strategic decision-making exposure
• Strong strategic instincts combined with hands-on sales capability
• Background in gaming or tech services industry is mandatory
• Technical understanding of porting, remakes, remasters, and game development workflows is a strong plus

• Full commercial ownership including sales pipeline, deal negotiation, and closing high-value B2B contracts
• Managing client relationships at the executive level with publishers and developers
• Defining commercial and business strategy including pricing, positioning, and growth priorities
• Ownership of company budget and P&L, accountable for business performance
• Aligning cross-functional teams to keep the business moving cohesively
• Making decisive calls when business issues arise, taking ownership of problems
• Representing the company at industry events, client conversations, and partnership discussions
• Increasing executive involvement and autonomy in company operations over time
