Middle DevOps/SRE Engineer

• 3+ years in DevOps / SRE including hands-on AWS experience (services including EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, ElastiCache, OpenSearch, EKS, ECS, Lambda, ELB, CloudFront, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Secrets Manager, SES, Security Hub, Inspector)
• Experience with Azure services such as App Service, Container Apps, Front Door, CDN, Azure SQL Database, Storage Accounts, Virtual Network (VNet), and Azure DevOps
• Containers and orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, ArgoCD
• Infrastructure as Code tools: Terraform, Ansible
• CI/CD & version control: GitHub Actions, solid Git workflow
• Scripting skills in Bash and Python
• Linux administration, networking, firewalls, web servers (Nginx, Apache)
• Monitoring and observability using Prometheus (Kubernetes), Grafana, ELK, Loki, incident management with PagerDuty
• Solid understanding of SDLC and SLA-based incident response
• Strong troubleshooting skills with a structured, methodical approach
• English proficiency at B2+ level

Nice to have:

• AWS / Azure certifications
• Alibaba Cloud experience
• Experience with Ruby, Python, C# web application frameworks (deployment and troubleshooting)
• Basic understanding of disaster recovery & database backups (PITR, restore procedures)
• Experience with compliance-driven environments (GDPR, ISO 27001, China data residency)
• Cost optimization / FinOps awareness
• Experience with AI applications

• Operate, monitor, and improve production infrastructure across AWS and Azure (including China regions)
• Automate deployments and infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proactively improve stability, performance, and security to prevent incidents
• Respond to incidents within SLA, troubleshoot issues, and drive root-cause fixes
• Support developers with infrastructure-related questions and unblock their work
• Participate in the on-call rotation during business hours and weekends with rare off-hours urgent escalations
