Programme Manager IAM

Link Group is hiring for a Programme Manager with expertise in large-scale banking and IT transformation initiatives.

• Proven track record in Programme/Project Management within large-scale Banking and/or IT transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SSO, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or application onboarding projects.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background and practical proficiency with Jira.
• Outstanding stakeholder management, structured delivery mindset, and strong C-level reporting capabilities.
• Openness to occasional week-long business travel assignments.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

• Own the execution and rollout of the SSO Application Onboarding stream.
• Coordinate and drive collaboration across DevOps, Application Onboarding teams, and business stakeholders.
• Monitor progress, proactively mitigate risks, and enforce organizational governance.
• Prepare high-level reporting decks and decision-making materials for senior leadership.
• Drive organizational change management and project communications.
